How to Use the Assessment Criteria

Select the view corresponding to the interview you're conducting, which will filter the attributes to the ones that are relevant to your interview. These attributes are highlighted in Yellow in your Greenhouse scorecard.

Do your best to get a read on each attribute, and only score attributes you get a good read on, while leaving remaining attributes blank.

Grading guidelines per attribute

⭐ Strong Yes: candidate exhibits behavior in the Strong Yes and Yes columns.

👍 Yes: candidate exhibits behavior listed in the Yes column.

➖ Mixed: Try to avoid using this grade. If you're on the fence, try to gather more evidence to go one way or the other. By default, negative signal overrides.

👎 No: candidate does not exhibit sufficient aspects of Yes column.

❌ Strong No: candidate exhibits behavior in the Strong No column or does not meet any of the behavior in the Yes column.

🐣 Early-Career Yes: Modified criteria for candidates with 1-2 years of work experience
