As a team, we need to understand what are the skills and resources that we have in-house in order to better assess, distribute the different tasks, and find more volunteers with the missing skills. Please be as transparent as possible and remember that even a few hours per week could make a big impact as we also need in the team reviewers, communicators, scrapers, 🐞fixing, documenting changes & other tasks.
