9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution 9.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China 9.2 In case of disputes, both parties should resolve them through friendly consultation 9.3 If consultation fails, disputes may be brought to a court with jurisdiction
