This project revolves around building a scalable ticketing system for Traya’s mobile app. The system helps users raise tickets under categories like medical escalation, delivery issues, app issues, and payment concerns. The goal was to create an experience where users feel supported, heard, and empowered during moments of friction.

Customers often feel uncertain and lost when they encounter issues, whether it’s about their treatment, a delivery gone wrong, or a payment error. Without a clear system to guide them, this leads to frustration and a poor user experience.
