We believe in true ownership and want all of our employees to participate in the company's success. Therefore, we have implemented an employee stock option plan (ESOP).

All of our employees receive virtual shares in the company, which economically are equivalent to real shares (they're just much easier to handle from a tax and administrative perspective).

Your virtual shares vest monthly over 4 years, with a 1 year cliff. Payout happens in a liquidity event (IPO or sale) - just like in the case of real shares.

Accelerated vesting!

We are proud to say that we are one of the few startups that offers an [accelerated vesting](https://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/acceleratedvesting.asp#:~:text=What Is Accelerated Vesting%3F,initial or standard vesting schedule.) for all employees! In case we EXIT/get acquired before the end of your vesting period, we will treat all of your shares as fully vested.
