Health Benefits

Proactive Talent offers health insurance benefits to its employees and their dependents through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. As your employer, Proactive Talent covers 70% of employee and 50% of dependent health insurance benefits. We have a silver, gold, and platinum plan for each of our HMO and PPO plan options to suit the needs of our employees.

What are the differences between HMO and PPO plans?

Open Enrollment

Our annual open enrollment for health insurance benefits begins on December 1st, and plans must be chosen by December 15th. All plans selected during open enrollment are activated on January 1st.

Texas Employees

If you reside in the state of Texas, you have access to three HMO plans and three PPO plans.

Texas Employee Health Benefit Options

Out-of-State (Non-Texas) Employees

If you reside outside of the state of Texas, you only have access to our PPO plans. This is because PPO plans offer the flexibility to visit in-network and out-of-network providers. As a Texas-based company, our HMO plans are less flexible due to the nature of the plan. Our HMO plans use in-network, Texas-based providers only, so you’re less likely to have someone who takes our HMO insurance in your state if you reside somewhere other than Texas.
