Highlights
- P0 (respond by Mon open): Argentum IT (Dean Lause) high-importance proposal/questions, direct ask awaiting timeline. Microsoft Updates rollout from Hatfield (acknowledgment recommended).
- P0 closed loop: UPS Matter — Jon Hollan replied Friday with three draft affidavits + exhibits to Price Johnson. Ball is in Price's court.
- P1 verify: Google Critical security alert on aguiarlawmarketing@gmail.com (Sam@kylawoffice.com is recovery email). Verify via myaccount.google.com directly, never click the email link.
- Operational issue surfaced: New website intake lead notifications are NDR-ing to six @demandsam.com addresses (alyssia, haney, chymez, kyle, janelle, angelica). Today's Janet Montero lead #62 hit the bug. Lead still landed in Sam's inbox so no lead lost, but six staff did not see real-time alert. Worth a Hatfield ticket Monday.
- Calendar (next 36hr): No work meetings. JaNette's birthday Sat 5/9 (all-day, free). Mother's Day Sun 5/10 (all-day holiday).
- Aging unread: None warranting action; older items are auto-emails or newsletter.
QA Recommendations Pending Approval (mirrored to Codex QA queue)
- Lead notify NDR fix — Recommend Hatfield ticket Monday + back-fill bounced leads.
- Google security alert verify — Recommend Monday verification via myaccount.google.com + 2FA enable.
- Argentum IT holding reply — Recommend drafting a 'circling back Monday' note tonight to protect the relationship.
- Skill / tooling fixes — Recommend 3 fixes: bash-sandbox auto-fallback to Desktop_Commander, AskUserQuestion preload at task start, install canonical preload spec at the documented path.
- New helper skills — Recommend a
lead-routing-monitor micro-skill to scan for NDR/Undeliverable bounces tied to website lead notifications on every triage.
- Weekend mode — Recommend adding a weekly Saturday family/personal-thread surfacer (Mother's Day is tomorrow; Mom's interview reaction thread is still in P1 bucket).

Pre-flight notes
- Outlook MCP fully operational; Bash sandbox failed boot (useradd I/O error) so file ops routed through Read/Write/Edit + Desktop_Commander. Did not block deliverable.
- Outlook search initially truncated at 71 KB; worked around with date-windowed 15-item batches as in prior runs.
