Creating and sharing strong case studies is central to how a large MNC demonstrates impact. However, the existing experience was fragmented—people didn’t know where to look, which tools to use, or how to structure a compelling story.
As Design Lead, my focus was to unify this ecosystem and reimagine the experience by blending strong design fundamentals with AI-driven guidance. The goal was to simplify workflows, reduce cognitive load, and design an assistant-like experience that supports users end to end.
