ELEVATE connects companies and apprentices with disabilities for 6-week, fully remote, pro-bono project-based apprenticeships.

Our mission is to provide apprentices with opportunities to contribute to projects remotely and learn work-readiness skills, and help companies integrate inclusive hiring and working practices into their ethos.

• Get matched with 1 company out of a pool of several Forbes-featured start-ups and non-profits from Columbia Startup Lab, 37 Angels, Start-Ed & Harvard Innovation Labs for 6-week project-based apprenticeships
• Gain hands-on work experience to hone your existing skills, work with a company whose mission you're excited about and explore new skillsets and industries
• Receive a recommendation letter from the company at the end of the program for future job applications
• Get access to career development support and resources
  • Attend live and recorded webinars from job coaches, start-up and nonprofit founders
  • Resources for job searching, cold emailing, best WFH practices
  • 1-on-1, on-demand CV writing reviews and interview support
• Attend end-of-program reflection session facilitated by Autism Career Pathways to identify future part-time/full-time opportunities after ELEVATE
