In-App Support Chat

Need help? Elephas comes with a built-in Support Chat so you can get answers without leaving the app. Located directly in the sidebar, this feature lets you:

• Ask quick questions about Elephas features
• Report a technical issue or bug
• Get assistance in clarifying doubts
• Create a support ticket when needed

Where to Find It

You can access the Support Chat directly from the sidebar in Elephas:

1. Open Elephas on your device.
2. In the sidebar, click the Support Chat (headset icon).

1. A chat window will open where you can type your question or issue.

Simply type your question in the chat window and get instant help:
