Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using Eight Gates you agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms form an End User Licence Agreement (EULA) between you and the developer. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eight Gates Premium - Subscription Disclosure

Eight Gates offers the following auto-renewable subscription:

• Subscription Name: Eight Gates Premium
• Duration: 1 month (auto-renews each month until cancelled)
• Price: $4.99 per month (USD). Prices may vary by region per Apple's pricing matrix.
• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 1-month free trial. After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to $4.99/month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Eight Gates. No refund is issued for the remainder of the current billing period.

All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Onigiri In-App Currency

Onigiri is a consumable in-app currency available for purchase at $0.99 per pack. Consumable purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Onigiri has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Eight Gates. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
