- I organized a marketing department with 4 employees responsible for different streams.
- Since the startup does not have a CPO, I took on some of this role myself. For example, I designed and launched the landing page, http://getdemuzo.com/, and improved the platform itself for better user tunneling.
- The average CPU per waitlist entry was $1.8 per US user with traffic from GA. Was able to attract over 10,000 users in less than a month.
- Artists were recruited to the site through an MVP campaign in Meta and averaged $3.1 per artist.
- More than 100 artists were attracted per week, followed by additional selection through email distribution.
