Privacy Policy for Efficient Pause

Efficient Pause does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
Local Storage
Efficient Pause stores your app selections and usage logs locally on your device only. Logged information may include the app name, timestamp, selected reason, and whether the app was opened. All data is saved on-device and is not uploaded, synced, or transmitted to any external servers.
Data Collection
Efficient Pause does not collect analytics, tracking data, identifiers, or any personal information. No usage data is sent off your device. All logging and calculations occur locally within the app.
App Access
Efficient Pause uses public app URL schemes (for example, instagram://) to attempt to open selected apps after you confirm your intention. Some apps may not open due to iOS privacy restrictions, app settings, or lack of URL scheme support. App access attempts are logged locally but never shared.
Export
When you choose to export your data, the action is explicitly initiated by you. Exported CSV files are created locally on your device and shared using the system share sheet. Efficient Pause does not retain, receive, or transmit exported data.
Third-Party Services
Efficient Pause does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services.
