Job Description

We are looking for a mid-level backend engineer to join our team at Eden. You’ll be responsible for building out the APIs, systems architecture and backend of our software applications. Ideally, you should be able to translate customer requirements into magnificent and appealing user experiences.

We expect you to be open-minded, patient, approachable, emotionally intelligent, care about product usability, curious about learning, and ship new user experiences daily.

Job Specifications

• Proficient in modern PHP.
• Proficient in Laravel (Worthy of note that we love and use Laravel here)
• No University Degree is required. You can code and think in systems, extensibility and interfaces.
• 2+ years of building backend APIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of building architectural systems.
• Excellent ability to work independently.
• Good Knowledge of GIT.

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling systems.
