🎯 What is the purpose of this team?
Identify and communicate the systemic barriers and drivers to the transition to a climate-positive workforce so that we can:
- direct WoCl’s strategy towards the key leverage points and interventions
- build support for WoCl's work on this (funding/allies)
- empower and inspire key stakeholders to take action to accelerate the transition
âš¡ What does this team do?
The team conducts 3 levels of research:
- Individual Insights - qualitative, detailed, open-ended, allowing us to deeply understand the paths of specific individuals and identify patterns between them. These may be done with people inside or outside the community.
- Community Insights - quantitative analyses of data available in the community itself, allowing us to understand behavior of community members as a whole.
- Workforce Insights - quantitative analyses of large societal groups far beyond the community itself, done via literature surveys, analysis of public data, and conducting original large-scale surveys (ourselves or in partnership with external research organizations).
