This project demonstrates the development of an interactive Excel dashboard for analysing e-commerce sales performance. The dashboard analyses 25K+ orders and 178K units sold, generating approximately $12.6M in sales and $1.46M in profit. It enables business users to explore sales trends, product profitability, regional performance, and the impact of discounting using interactive filters and KPI metrics.
E-commerce businesses often generate large volumes of transaction data but lack clear visibility into sales drivers, profitability, and operational efficiency.
