## 1-A. 日本語版（プライバシーポリシー）

プライバシーポリシー

Sentiary（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、以下の方針に基づいて個人情報を取り扱います。

  1. 取得する情報 ・音声日記の録音データ（端末内に保存） ・録音を文字起こししたテキスト（日記として端末内に保存） ・アプリの利用に必要な設定（表示言語、AI利用の同意、リマインド設定など。端末内に保存） ・不具合調査・品質改善のため、匿名化された技術情報を取得する場合があります。

  2. 音声・テキストの取り扱い ・音声ファイルは外部サーバーには送信しません。端末内での録音・文字起こし（iOSの音声認識）にのみ使用します。 ・Pro機能（AIで文章を整理する・感情タグを生成・AIで要約・分析する・週次レポートの生成）を利用する場合、日記のテキストのみが、当方のサーバー（Firebase Cloud Functions）を経由して外部のAIサービス（OpenAI社のAPI）に送信されます。 ・AI処理は、ユーザーが該当ボタンをタップしたときのみ実行されます。バックグラウンドでの自動送信は行いません。

  3. データの保存場所 ・日記データ（録音メタデータ・文字起こし・AIによる整形結果・感情タグ・要約など）は、原則としてユーザーの端末内（SwiftData および端末内キャッシュ）に保存されます。 ・AI処理のため、送信されたテキストは当方のサーバーおよび OpenAI のシステムで一時的に処理されます。当方では、日記本文を永続的に保存するクラウドデータベース（Firestore 等）は、本アプリの現行バージョンでは利用していません。

  4. 第三者提供 ・法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく第三者に個人情報を販売・提供することはありません。 ・AI処理に必要な範囲で、OpenAI社および当方のサーバー（Firebase）にデータが送信されます。各サービスの利用規約・プライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

  5. データの削除 ・本アプリ内の「設定」→「データ管理」→「すべての日記データを削除」から、端末内に保存された日記データとAI結果のキャッシュを削除できます。 ・削除後は復元できません。

  6. お問い合わせ ・本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、アプリ内「設定」→「お問い合わせ」に記載の連絡先までお願いします。

  7. ポリシーの変更 ・本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

## 1-B. 英語版（Privacy Policy）

Privacy Policy

Sentiary ("the App") respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with this policy.

  1. Information we collect ・Voice diary recordings (stored on your device) ・Transcribed text from your recordings (stored on your device as diary entries) ・App settings (e.g. display language, AI usage consent, reminder settings; stored on your device) ・We may collect anonymized technical information for troubleshooting and quality improvement.

  2. How we handle voice and text ・Voice/audio files are not sent to external servers. They are used only on your device for recording and for on-device speech-to-text (iOS Speech Recognition). ・When you use Pro features (AI formatting, emotion tags, AI summary & analysis, weekly report), only the diary text you choose is sent via our server (Firebase Cloud Functions) to an external AI service (OpenAI API). ・AI processing runs only when you tap the corresponding button. We do not send or process your diary in the background.

  3. Where data is stored ・Diary data (transcript, AI-formatted text, emotion tags, summaries, etc.) is stored on your device (SwiftData and on-device cache). ・Text sent for AI processing is handled temporarily by our server and OpenAI. In the current version of the App, we do not use a cloud database (e.g. Firestore) to store your diary content permanently.

  4. Third-party sharing ・We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. ・Data is sent to OpenAI and our infrastructure (Firebase) only as needed for AI features, in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.

  5. Data deletion ・You can delete all diary data and AI-related cache from your device via Settings → Data management → "Delete all diary data". This action cannot be undone.

  6. Contact ・For questions about this policy, please use the contact details shown in the App under Settings → Contact.

  7. Changes to this policy ・We may update this privacy policy. Significant changes will be announced in the App.
