Your mission is to code a functioning automated portfolio.
This is a live document, personal for each 42 student, that includes the following features:
The purpose of this portfolio is to communicate clearly to people (think employers) outside of 42:
the skills you have developed
how far you are in the course
As long as the basic purpose is fulfilled, all other features are up to you 🙂 But do respect the technical requirements and guidelines outlined below 👇
Get creative!
Your project can be written in any language or framework you want.
Your program should not be super hardcoded, it should be possible to generate different Portfolios, based on the input/data.
You should provide a README or some instructions to explain how your program works and the dependencies.
There are no limits to what you can use, but try to pick the latest stable version when you use an external resource.
Your program should display all the information correctly for a given student.
This is your chance to replicate a real-life project working with a group.
Comunicate all your ideas with your team, concider different methods, like brainstorm, debates, round-tables; etc.
Before starting the project, define the goal. Since we are not very rigorous about what the result should be, it is up to you to take decisions with your team, be smart and have fun!
It would be great if at the end you can present your project to everyone on the GroundFloor. Be prepared, you can create a presentation or a video, whatever you think could give more value to your project.
<aside> 🌌 It is very possible that most people from your team have no experience with a project like this. That is OK! Now it is your chance to prove that you can do it. 42 has been preparing you for a situation like this. Talk to your peers, discover what could be the best solution for this challenge.
