EarnIt + Chore Time + Mog 1v1 — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EarnIt, Chore Time, and Mog 1v1 mobile applications, and any related websites or services (collectively, the “Apps”). By installing or using either App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
1) Who can use the Apps
- You must be at least the minimum age required by law in your region to use the Apps.
- If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- For Chore Time, children under 13 may only use the App with parent/guardian involvement and as permitted by applicable law.
- You are responsible for complying with local laws where you use the Apps.
2) What the Apps do (and don’t do)
- EarnIt is a digital-wellbeing/productivity tool. You can select distracting apps to block, complete tasks/workouts to earn minutes, and start timed unlock windows.
- Chore Time is a family chore and routine management tool. You can assign/track chores, routines, rewards, and related family progress features.
- Where applicable, App restriction features may use Apple frameworks such as FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity.
The Apps:
- Do not access the private content of other apps (such as your messages or photos) unless explicitly required by a feature and permissioned by you.
- Cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete blocking/restriction behavior across all devices, websites, apps, or OS versions.
- Must not be used in unsafe situations (for example, while driving).
