EarlyRise ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the EarlyRise mobile application ("App").

Information We Collect

All data is stored locally on your device. We collect:

• Task completions and timestamps
• Streak data (current and best)
• Scroll time earned and used
• Scroll budget settings
• Onboarding completion status

Screen Time & Family Controls

EarlyRise uses Apple's Screen Time API. We do NOT access your usage history. Shields are applied and removed locally only. No Screen Time data is ever transmitted off your device.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, camera, microphone, social media content, analytics, advertising identifiers, or payment information.

Third Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. EarlyRise has no backend server.

Children's Privacy

EarlyRise is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Data Security

All data is protected by your device's built-in security features. No server-side breach can affect your data.
