• Time Period - The referral will be considered successful only once OWLED signs a contract with the brand for a project.
• Existing Clients - New projects with existing clients will not be considered as different for referrals. Once a project is signed by a client after being referred, if they sign more projects in the future they will fall in the existing clients category.

🏆Rewards

On a single project, you can only receive Airpods 3 OR a 10,000 INR Amazon Voucher each. Kindly decide on only one referral reward from the ones mentioned above.

If you are an existing client bringing us a new project from a different brand, you can only receive 10% off on your next bill, upto INR 30,000/-.

Our referral program is called OWLED Referrals and it allows you to refer and earn in two ways -

A) You can refer new folks who you feel are capable of joining our team. B) You can refer new clients who you feel should work with us.

For a successful hiring referral, a new hire must- A) Join us as a full-time employee B) Complete a period of 3 months at our company C) They should not belong the HR/Talent Acquisition Team

For a successful client referral, a brand must - A) Sign the contract for the project with OWLED.
