This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the developer of Countdown Widget – Time Until (“Application”).

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License

The developer grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions

The Application may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Application

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Use the Application for unlawful purposes

Data and Privacy

The Application stores user-created data locally on the user’s device. The app may collect anonymous analytics data to improve functionality. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more details.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
