Welcome to the ESA Fellows Program!

We connect MBA students with startups that need help! This program is entirely free for both students and startups. We know new employees work best when passionate about their projects, so matching is largely up to the students.

Our 2025 Fall Cohort included 12 Startups, 60+ Projects, 40+ Students!

Sign ups are on a first-come, first serve basis, so fill out the form asap!

Process & Timeline for Fall 2026 TBD!

1. September: MBAs start signing up [Sign up here]

   • MBA’s select projects and sign up. Each project should aim to be ~5 hrs/week for 8-10 weeks. (See the example I emailed you!). Once the matching process is completed, Nick J will send out warm intros connecting the students to the startups when decision are made.
   • Info sessions - Save the date!
     • Founder info sessions: TBD
     • MBAs info sessions: TBD

2. September: Startups register for the program (free) and provide at least 3 projects that MBA’s can work on. [Sign up here]

3. October: Program Start!

   Startups and MBA’s have a 30-60 minute intro call, kicking off the project process.

4. October-December: Throughout the duration of the project, MBA’s have support from NYU resources and a main contact point within the startup.
