Formed by Nishad Pandey (guitar) and Aman Mahajan (piano) in 2016, the duo is a sonic laboratory, brewing potent tinctures distilled from European classical music, jazz, Indian classical and folk music, and aesthetic, literary and mathematical concepts.
Both Mahajan and Pandey were in complete control of their instruments, each bringing to the stage a vast vocabulary...they are both first and foremost masters of modern music. In February 2026, the duo will be on tour in India, following the release of their upcoming album, According To The Tides. Their performance consists of compositions from Heads and Tales and thematic improvisations exploring the interplay of piano and guitar.
