Founded in 2013, Refuge is the personal musical project of Indian pianist/composer **Aman Mahajan,** paying homage to inner journeys, and exploring an ever-evolving sense of home.
The project moves fluidly between composition and improvisation, drawing from influences including jazz, Indian music, European classical music and many different classical and folk traditions.
Performed either solo piano or in collaboration, the music invites listeners into a world of inner reflection through pieces like The Ten Thousand Questions, Beginningless, Leifmotif, Connections and Sitaphalmandi.
