1. Introduction

1.1 Parties

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("End User", "User", "you", or "your") and Pillow Stories ("Provider", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer and provider of the Pillow Stories mobile application ("App" or "Service").

1.2 Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Pillow Stories App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, install, access, or use the App.

1.3 Effective Date

This EULA becomes effective when you download, install, access, or use the App for the first time and remains in effect until terminated as described in Section 9.

2. License Grant

2.1 Scope of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.

2.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Copy or store any content from the App except as expressly permitted by this EULA
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Exploit the App or any of its parts for any commercial purpose
• Use the App to generate content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
