The Teamtailor–VoiceHire integration lets you automate your pre-screening phone interviews directly from your Teamtailor ATS. Candidates are either called or invited by SMS by VoiceHire’s voice AI, and interview results are automatically synced back into Teamtailor.

Connecting the Integration

Step 1: Get Your VoiceHire Linking Code

In VoiceHire, go to My Company → Integrations → Teamtailor, then copy the secure linking code displayed (valid for 1 hour).

Step 2: Activate the VoiceHire Integration on the Teamtailor Marketplace

In Teamtailor, go to the Marketplace, search for the VoiceHire integration :

and activate it by entering your VoiceHire linking code :

Step 3: Enable and Configure Webhooks in Teamtailor

Webhooks are a feature that must be enabled in Teamtailor: Settings → Add-ons → Activated add-ons → click the button “+” and select “Webhooks”

Webhook configuration:

1. From Teamtailor: Settings → Webhooks → click the button “+ Create new webhook”

2. Fill in the required information:

   • Label : VoiceHire (or any other name used to identify it)
   • Webhook URL : The URL dedicated to your VoiceHire account (provided in VoiceHire): My company → Integrations → Teamtailor)

   

   • Signature version: select “v2”.
   • Check the create and update subscriptions for the Job resource.

Final result of the webhook configured in Teamtailor:

1. Save your new webhook.
2. Make a note of the webhook secret generated by Teamtailor:

Step 4: Create a Teamtailor API Key

1. From Teamtailor : Settings → Integrations → API keys
2. Click the button “+ New API key”
3. Give your API key a name (e.g. “VoiceHire”).
4. Important: Select the Admin scope in the “API Scope” section and check both Read and Write (required to sync jobs and candidates).

Step 5: Finalize the activation

Go back to VoiceHire. The Integrations page has been refreshed, and you now need to enter the two required pieces of information:

• Webhook Secret: The secret copied when creating the Teamtailor webhook
• Teamtailor API Key: The API key with Admin scope created earlier
