DNS is defined using route 53, and isntead of fixing ip u have fixed name, and it keeps hopping on IPs or we can use load balancer and not use public IP at all (iska batate in abit)

to make sure that when our isntance sgtops and starts again, our public IP does not change, we use elastic IPs:

u have to temrinate IPv4 addresses to make sure u r not charged:
