Project Overview

This project focused on designing a Dynamic Hierarchy & Role-Based Access Control (HRBAC) system for Eclipse 360 CRM.

The CRM was already being used for:

• Lead management
• Sales operations
• Site inspections
• Approval workflows
• Team management

As the organization scaled, the existing system became difficult to manage because reporting structures, permissions, and approval chains were mostly manual or hardcoded.

The goal was to create a scalable admin system that allows organizations to:

• Configure custom hierarchy levels
• Manage departments and roles
• Control data visibility
• Configure approvals dynamically
• Prevent reporting conflicts
• Handle org restructuring safely

The focus was not only on UI redesign, but also on solving operational and workflow-level problems.
