DuoLatch (the "App") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

1. Information Collection and Use The App stores user-entered data such as feeding records, pumping records, diaper logs, and notes locally on your device. The developer does not collect, transmit, store, or share this personal data or identifiable information on external servers or with third parties. The data stored within the App is used solely to provide the App’s core features, such as tracking baby care records, showing summaries and statistics, exporting CSV files, and sending reminder notifications.
2. Third-Party Services and Advertising (AdMob) This App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, which allows us to provide the App for free. Third-party ad providers may collect and use information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, and anonymized usage data to serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. The collection and processing of this data are governed by the privacy policies of the third-party providers.

If you purchase the premium option to remove ads, advertisements will no longer be shown in the App.

• Notifications: Requested to provide feeding reminder alerts based on the interval set by the user.
• App Tracking Transparency (ATT): May be requested if needed for personalized advertising or advertising measurement.

These permissions are used only when explicitly granted by the user. You can still use the core features of the App even if you deny these permissions, although some advertising features may be limited.

1. In-App Purchases The App may offer a premium in-app purchase to remove ads. All purchase and billing processes are handled securely through the Apple App Store. The developer does not collect or store your credit card details, billing information, or payment account information.
2. Data Storage and Export All baby care records entered in the App are stored locally on your device. The App does not upload your records to the developer’s servers. If you choose to export your data as a CSV file, that export is initiated only by you, and any storage or sharing of the exported file is handled through your device and the services you choose to use.
3. Children’s Privacy The App is designed for parents and caregivers to manage baby care records. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
4. Changes to This Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable laws, or third-party services. Any changes will be posted within the App or on the App Store listing.
