What is it?

Dungeondraft is a simple to use map maker that can easily create gridless Lancer maps and has a module for easy integration with Foundry.

The default assets do not have many sci-fi or modern assets. However, there is a big community of artists who have created a lot of options. Some are free, others require various forms of payment. Here's a few lists of assets.

Free Assets (Or PWYW)

  • Forest Treetop - good for forest maps and adding clutter to parks, gardens.
  • Forest Floor Map Assets - more wilderness and forest assets, lots of things to add for cover
  • Forest Fungi Map Assets - some more colorful things and mushrooms that could be used for an alien-type forest.
  • Desert Map Assets - For your wastelands, badlands, and deserts
  • Cyberpunk Streets Assets - For urban street environments, cities
  • Cyberpunk Apartment Assets - Not sure when you'd want the inside of a building, but maybe useful for space stations or big facilities?
  • Modern street tiles - Urban places, city streets
  • Cyberpunk Cars - Add some flashy cars to city streets for cover
  • City Street Tiles - for some more cobblestone floors
  • Tiling Grass Textures - for more grass textures than the default
  • River & Water assets - For more than the default water assets
  • Ocean Assets - For your dockside or underwater battles!

• Captain Tom's Asset Emporium focuses on JUST sci-fi stuff. Definitely awesome.

Paid Assets

Non-Dungeondraft assets for use as Tiles and/or Tokens

Sometimes you have a map you like but you want to "Lancerify" it by adding more cover. These assets are ideal for adding cover to your maps. If using the Foundry VTT, you can add these as Deployables or Tiles.
