DISCLOSURE: I totally revoke all the information provided here from me about the Company Monospace Web Labs, Athens Akadimias St 4, the working conditions, the production procedure and the quality of their products, which are indeed of high quality. It was all false and I apologise for that. The apps APPARATUS, YBIT, ACCOMA, BRAINY DONKEY, have been created by Monospace Web Labs and there is nothing connecting me with these apps apart from working for their creation along with other employees.

I first had a close look in computer science in 2011 and I'm a production-layer software engineer since 2013.

I have focused on πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ’» backend (through Laravel), πŸ‘·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ DevOps, πŸ‘·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ Infra Architecture (through AWS), πŸ€ΉπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ Team Lead, Project Management, organising and automating stuff. I πŸ’š working with motivated teams and on interesting projects (mostly SaaS).

I work 20-30 hours a week. I focus on giving my 100% on the β˜‘οΈ task rather than the ⏱️ clock. I am focused until there is πŸ”¦ light at the end of the πŸ›€οΈ tunnel. No time wasted, only 🐝 productive work.

I πŸ” search for best practices and I πŸ’™ code reusability and efficiency. I also believe that automated tests can assure quality products with very little human resources.

I do a lot of πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ’» side projects, so in order to πŸ€ΉπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ manage all of them I have a πŸ‘·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ development server with everything πŸ“¦ dockerized and πŸ”’ isolated from the rest. Your project will be carefully treated as one of my own πŸ’.

My 🧠 was πŸ’₯ when I read Rework and Remote from 37signals. I recommend these 2 books for anyone that wants a balanced work life. I have redefined my whole working mentality around what matters most in the world we currently live in.

The work is that matters. Code quality, efficiency and implementation is the best way to evaluate people's work. Especially on remote workers.

Planning is guessing. Plans are inconsistent with improvisation. They let the Past drive the Future. Lets rename plans into guesses in order to stop worrying about them as much.

Your tone is in your fingers. Use whatever you've got already or can afford cheaply. Then go. It's not the gear that matters. It's playing what you've got as well as you can.

Staying motivated. Motivation is the fuel of intellectual work. Motivation is pivotal to healthy lives and healthy companies. Make sure you're minding it.

There is always more. 🌍 ****Feel free to contact me βœ‰οΈ [email protected] and let's do a beautiful 🧁 project together.
