Join us at a magical time: We're still a small team, so you'll easily get to know all of our incredible teammates. We are looking to add more founding SDRs to our team who can help us build the foundation for how this team will operate in the future. The opportunity to be on the ground floor of building a team’s culture, processes and defining how we partner with other teams only happens once in a company's lifetime.

Learn new skills and develop your hidden talents: Unlike most other Sales Organizations, we take the time to mentor and coach our Notinos to develop untapped skills and talents you may have. We are truly a collaborative company which can be felt in the team’s people-centric culture and spirit because we work together, in person, back in our offices. We win and lose as a team and it isn’t just about numbers for us, it is about partnering to be better together. Our SDR team is made up of highly strategic and creative people who are true partners to the Account Execs.

Broaden your superpowers: Notion is a startup, so expect a lot of ambiguity and the opportunity to move out of your comfort zone. We move quickly, so you'll accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Everyone at Notion wears multiple hats.

Work with a world-class team solving real-life problems: Our small team has built a product used by your friends and family, start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and students alike— you'll even find Notion helpful in your role!

Now is the time to join: Notion continues to be the community’s choice in this new creator economy for software. Our community led model has driven consumer growth that has pushed us across the chasm to enterprise deals. Now we have the joy of community love with Enterprise B2B revenue numbers to catapult our business at 2x YoY growth and over $300M in the bank. We are cash flow positive, and we have a path to reach $1B ARR in the next few years.

Jane

<aside> <img src="/icons/heart_gray.svg" alt="/icons/heart_gray.svg" width="40px" /> What were the reasons you decided to join Notion?

Firstly, the product itself. I love that there are endless possibilities with Notion, it can support so many different use cases, so many teams and so many types of organisations. I’m a firm believer in selling a product that see I huge value in myself and use on a daily basis. The passion and extent of Notion’s user community gave me such confidence, that I wasn’t the only one seeing this value.

Secondly, learning and growth are hugely important to me when looking for a new venture. Notion has hired some seriously talented leaders, that I get the opportunity to learn from each day. With the current size of the team and start-up environment, it was the perfect opportunity to immerse myself in to grow my sales career and have a direct impact on the success of an incredible business.

And thirdly, the culture. I was fortunate to meet 8 Notion employees during my recruitment process. I even had the opportunity to come into the office and meet my future colleagues and manager midway through my interviews. Every single person I met, was very friendly, passionate about Notion, and really happy working here. There was such a community feel to the office. Joining Notion was a no-brainer!

First things first- I’m heading straight to the kitchen for a cup of tea and breakfast! Once I’m at my desk, I log into Notion to check my to do list for the day and catch up on any messages from our US team. I prepare for any calls I have with prospects and spend the rest of the day researching, reaching out to potential and current customers to learn more about their notion usage and how we can provide more value to them, and working with our Account Executives on strategies to generate more pipeline within our region (UKIZA).

Sitting in an office of 39 extremely talented people from all different backgrounds, many extremely tenured and experienced in their roles.

The learning opportunities are endless, it’s not often in a company that your Head of Inside Sales gathers the whole sales team around a whiteboard and has everyone brainstorm on a deal together. It’s a very collaborative environment.

We are also given so much trust and responsibility to create own processes and give feedback on current processes. It’s a constant growth opportunity at Notion.

Everyone in the Dublin office is so welcoming, supportive and friendly. It’s a very open plan office, with every team gelling into the next. Everyone gets on well, we are really open to giving and receiving feedback and learning from each other- we are very passionate about what we do and there is always a great buzz in the office. There is a lot of fun to be had and we are trusted to get our work done in between it all!

Notion AI launch day. Not only did we launch a magical new feature, but we had a mentalist join us in the office to celebrate! I had an unknown 2:30pm block in my calendar, little did I think it was to sit around our dinning table with 15/20 colleagues to have a mentalist read our minds and perform magic tricks for an hour of our day.
