By creating an account, signing in, or using Drink-N ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use Drink-N. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. Drink-N records your age confirmation server-side at sign-up.

2. Nature of the App

Drink-N is a social drink-logging app for personal entertainment. You log drinks you've already had — a photo, a drink type, an optional location, an optional note — and can share that log with friends.

Drink-N is NOT a medical, health, alcohol-monitoring, or counselling product. It does not provide medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about your health, treatment, or safety. Information shown in the app is for personal record-keeping only.

3. Responsible Use and Assumption of Risk

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION CAN BE HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own drinking decisions and behaviour.
• Nothing in the app is a challenge, goal, recommendation, or encouragement to drink. Counters, stats, and feeds are personal record-keeping only.
• You will never drink in a way that endangers yourself or others.
• You will never drink and drive, operate machinery, care for children or vulnerable people while intoxicated, or engage in any activity where intoxication would be unsafe.
• If you have a history of alcohol misuse or are at risk of dependency, do not use this app.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have any health condition affected by alcohol, consult a doctor before drinking.

The app shows pace-yourself reminders if you log a high number of drinks in a single day. These reminders are informational only — they are not medical advice and do not replace your own judgement or that of a qualified clinician.

You use Drink-N entirely at your own risk.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
