The Role

We are looking for an exceptional, product-minded software engineer to own and accelerate new product development. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives at taking products from 0 to 1 and beyond to build new, customer-facing products.

What you’ll do:

• Own whole products – from prototypes to scaled production features. You will architect and write specs for new features, manage the full-stack build, and run follow-on experiments post-launch.
• Improve the customer experience. You will:
  • Build new features at the cutting edge of AI tooling
  • Improve core features, from our main marketplace to search or our AI career coach
  • Manage experiments to improve conversion rate and other metrics across the entire user journey
  • Work closely with design, operations, and leadership teams
• Raise the bar for technical excellence - You’ll influence Dreambound’s broader product strategy and technical vision. You’ll also contribute to our evolving AI devops stack: agent orchestration, context engineering, and retrieval systems.
