1. Introduction

Welcome to DreamBooks (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) govern your use of the DreamBooks mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through App Store release notes or other in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Services

DreamBooks is an iOS application that allows users to:

• Read digital books featuring adapted and recreated versions of fairy tales.
• Create illustrations using the in-app canvas feature.
• Save created illustrations locally to their personal device.

Certain features are available free of charge; additional subscription-based features may be introduced in the future.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using:

• Email and password authentication; or
• Google Sign-In; or
• Apple Sign-In.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
