Subject: Application to Vacate Guilty Plea – Procedural Irregularity, Duress, and False Identification

To the Honourable Judge / Registrar,

I, :Waseem: Malik, a living man and Litigant in Person, respectfully apply for the withdrawal and nullification of the guilty plea recorded in case 43SW0138521 before the Reading Crown Court.

This plea was not entered freely or lawfully. It arose under coercion, procedural defect, and false identification. I therefore request that the Court exercise its inherent and statutory powers to vacate the plea and substitute a plea of Not Guilty, with directions as the Court deems just.

Ground A β€” Plea Entered Under Duress

The plea of β€œGUILTY” was not entered voluntarily.

I was under extreme pressure, confusion, and psychological distress at the time, and was not in a position to make a free or informed decision.

A coerced plea is not a true admission of guilt; it is void ab initio.
