We would like to facilitate an integration with another technology application - Greenspace Health. This technology is being rolled out in the region across providers. I have provided some detail on the technology below, and their team has helped with some context around what an integration project would entail.

Overview of Technology Application

Greenspace Health provides a web-based technology platform that enables Measurement-Based Care (MBC). MBC involves the routine completion of assessment tools by clients, the presentation of results to different stakeholders in care, and analytics capabilities with respect to the outcome data.

Integration Approach

Some of the key use cases to enable as part of an integration are:

1. Automatic creation of clients on Greenspace.
2. Certain client information flowing from EHR to Greenspace (such as the provider, treatment program and some basic profile information).
3. Ability to view assessment results in EHR (typically via a PDF document).
4. Contextual launch / link from EHR to Greenspace.

Greenspace is able to support interoperability with an EHR system through two different methods: (i) REST API and (ii) integration engine (Redox). These approaches can support different communication methods (HTTPS, MLLP, SFTP, etc.), data formats (JSON, HL7, FHIR, XML, etc.) and authentication schemes (VPN, Client Cert TLS, API Token). Typically, Greenspace will engage in a technical discovery call with an EHR and customer to identify the most effective approach.
