Like many games released on mobile, Fade was never given a physical release and therefore couldn't be found on store shelves. The game was released for digital purchase on the Fade Team's website in 2001. The installer file you would receive could be installed on your Pocket PC machine using Microsoft's ActiveSync technology.

As of today the game would be considered 'abandonware' as the Fade Team who created the application have not provided support for it since the early 2000s. This is likely due to their work on newer projects and the decline in Windows Mobile devices over the years.

We aim, with this page, to allow you to download the game in it's original form and install it onto an old Windows Mobile device you may still have. Don't worry if you don't have one, though! We will walk you through how to set up this game on a Windows Mobile emulator.
