Start by quickly lifting your left leg, making sure to keep it as straight as possible and toes pointed. You will push your flag with your left hand and then let go of it with your left hand, right hand will guide start to guide it around your left leg. On 1, flag should be pointing down away from you, touching your leg. Left hand should now be up waiting to grab your flag.
As soon as you feel your flag wrapping around your left leg, your right leg will come up just like how your left leg did. Just like this=

Left hand is underneath your right arm waiting to grab onto the flag. Right hand pushes it around your leg and since your right leg is coming up, it will move the flag up so your left hand can grab your flag thumbs up. On 2, your flag should be straight, silk above your head, left hand on flag now.
Left leg starts to come down, and flag is still being spun with your left hand, which is now wrapping the flag around your right leg. As soon as your flag is horizontal in the crook of your knee, right is grabbing the flag thumbs down, left hand lets go.

On 3 left leg should be all the way down with flag pointing down as its coming around your right leg. Right leg is already starting to come down as well, be sure to not let it hit your flag.
