  1. Push flag to about half way between silk and bottom pole cap
  2. Step out and face your left and put weight onto left foot (right leg should be at an angle w pointed foot)
  3. Row flag down on your left side, let go with your left hand
  4. Swing flag to your right side (like in side rows)
  5. Turn to face front, flag is pointing down
  6. let go of flag as it points up, feet together
  7. In the air spinning
  8. Catch flag up
