- Push flag to about half way between silk and bottom pole cap
- Step out and face your left and put weight onto left foot (right leg should be at an angle w pointed foot)
- Row flag down on your left side, let go with your left hand
- Swing flag to your right side (like in side rows)
- Turn to face front, flag is pointing down
- let go of flag as it points up, feet together
- In the air spinning
- Catch flag up
