Affiliate links: Lots of tools have affiliate links. I only link the things I actually use and trust. I’m not about just the money. I pull the ones I don’t.

Total monthly floor. About $260 —> $360 in recurring software to run a full-stack operator brand. No team.

Everything that requires thinking. Long-form writing, research synthesis, database structures, problem-solving, strategy. The voice-holding is the real value. If I need to not sound like an AI wrote it, Claude is the move.
Voice to text. Turns what I'm saying into what I wrote. Faster than typing, closer to how I actually talk. Most of my riffs start here.
The operational spine. Websites, funnels, email sequences, forms, SMS, chat, landing pages—basically everything a founder needs operationally lives in one place. There are a hundred GHL features I don't use. I use it for what actually makes money.
The hub. Content calendar, client databases, project tracking, meeting notes, brand asset library, Notion docs that live alongside the spreadsheets. If you only adopt one tool, it's this. Works on phone and desktop. Integrates with everything.
Content ideation and market research. I run it when I need to know what people are actually asking about, what gaps exist, what's working in my niche right now. Connected to Claude so I can feed it research back into my content systems.
Graphics, carousel slides, social templates. I'm not a designer. Canva lets me make something that doesn't look like I made it.
Transcripts from video or audio. Drop a video in, pull transcripts out, edit them into first-pass scripts. Saves hours of manual transcription work.
