Yes. Lifeline offers a few ways to connect to other tools:

• AppleScript: a full set of commands to read your data and to control sessions, breaks, and meetings.
• An MCP server, so AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT can work with your Lifeline data.
• Phone notifications through ntfy when a break ends.

You'll find the details on the "Connecting other apps and services" page and in Preferences > Account > Integrations. There is no Zapier or IFTTT connection today.
