Result Note

• Add a Result Note after you've communicated with the patient. It will show up under the test result when someone chart review this lab
• This option does not let you place orders

Telephone Call

• This is alternative to using result note.
• This option would allow you to place orders

Result Letter

• Use this to send a letter
• The letter will be printed. You'll have to sign and place in "Mail" box at the clinic
