Common Help Topics

Dock not appearing

• Refresh the current tab after installing or updating the extension.
• Make sure you are on a normal website page using http or https.
• Some internal browser pages do not support extensions.

Saved sites missing

• Make sure browser storage is enabled.
• Avoid clearing browser extension data.

Dock position reset

• Use the Reset Position button inside the Dockr popup.
