Avoid deleting / archiving members or teams, but end participation.
The idea is that the community continues to grow as we go along and that we can reactivate these people with events.
For former resident teams: do not delete them but end the team participation in its program (s) (by adding an end date), so that team members can no longer book meeting rooms.
For former residents: they should not be deleted either. If the resident team stays at Schoolab, you just have to end the resident’s participation in the resident team, so that the resident can no longer book meeting rooms. We made sure that teams and programs can self-manage, that's why we put in place the roles of owners, managers and members.
To do this, we recommend that you remove a member from a team instead of deleting or archiving.đŸ‘‡
