Anonymous Hiring

We have trialed anonymous hiring and hired more than 10 interns across two locations completely anonymously. We only progressed candidates through the process based on their answers to certain questions, we did not know names, addresses, ages, what school they went to.

We have expanded our application requirements to welcome candidates from all educational backgrounds, without a specific degree being mandatory. We believe that hiring based on skills and attitude is paramount.
