<aside> 💡 Why do we refer to this work as Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI)?
Companies tend to think about DEI work in terms of workshops, employee groups, and hiring processes. These efforts can all be important, however we’re focusing on DEI as tangible, day-to-day action and using a design approach to tackle these tricky issues.
