1-2 Start thumbs up, this move begins like cradle. Push flag clockwise, one full rotation in front with the pole leading behind you on 2. (flag pointing up)
5 Swoop in front of you with silk leading and pointing down
1-2 Turn your body, your flag, and your left arm towards the right without moving anything except your left leg, which now is extended out to your left on the tip of toes.
3 Left arm comes up above your head
4 Left arm completes the turn and comes to your left side in blades, flag still horizontal to your right
5 Flag moves straight across to your left and your left hand grabs it
6 Flag is pointing down, this unwind will be done slowly over 3 counts. While you are doing this unwind, you will bend your legs and move your hips to the right, somewhat with the flag
7 Your flag is still coming up, legs still bent, hips move to the left. It’s like you’re making a circular movement with your hips
8 Back to normal standing position and your flag is at ready position
