📎 The role

We are looking for a top-line focused investment professional who can lead the firm’s distribution strategy and execution.

This is a diverse role working across sales, marketing and investments

🧑‍💻 What you'll do:

• Develop and execute the firm’s distribution strategy across segments, with particular focus on institutional and HNWI
• Execute product, marketing and business development initiatives to increase net sales
• Present to clients on strategies and investment capability to develop relationships that translate into AuM
• Ensure our product range, messaging and distribution approach is tailored to meet the needs of clients.
• Obtain client feedback on products and new initiatives to feed into product design and messaging
• Work in a fast-paced environment, at the cutting edge of finance and technology

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related quantitative field
• Strong understanding of investments, products design and the market place
• Excellent stakeholder, relationship management and presentation skills
• A strong entrepreneurial mind set focused on finding opportunities
• Advanced proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Familiarity with (or strong desire to learn about) crypto
